The first thing a passenger should do when they arrive at an airport is check-in. This is because airline regulations require that passengers check in before departure. If you are able to check in online, you can also use digital board passes.

Baggage policy and Fees

Each passenger may bring 1 piece of hand luggage. Accepted dimensions are 50cm x 40cm x 25cm, with a maximum weight limit of 10 Kgs

A passenger can also carry an additional item for free, but it must not exceed 35 cm x20 cm x20 cm. This includes a small handbag, briefcase or camera. It must be stored underneath the front seat.

We remind you that the maximum weight and dimensions accepted as standard are:

  • 1 bag 23 kg (with a maximum weight of 27 Kg, if additional charges are paid at the airport). You may be allowed to check in another piece of luggage depending on the fare.
  • Maximum bag dimensions are 158 cm (height + width + height). These dimensions must include handles, pockets, and wheels.

Pet policy

Your furry friend can travel with you as long as he or she can stand and turn in an FAA-approved pet carrier that can fit under your seat. You may need to weigh your pet and the carrier together in some cases. Please check with your airline.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation with World2Fly for no cost. The amount will be refunded within 7 business days

All Worl2dFly fares come with free changes. You can make them until the day before you leave, provided you have booked the FLEX Fare. If there is a fare difference, you will only be responsible for it.
