Airport Check In
Passengers will need to hand their boarding passes and their luggage to the airline upon arrival at the airport/aerodrome. You will need to wait a while to be checked in. Passengers are asked to arrive at least two hours before departure to ensure that they can check-in by the time their flight departs. You will be assisted by the airline crew.

Vancouver Island AIr passengers can carry 15kg of baggage and no more than 110 linear centimetres (length, width, height). Additional baggage will be subject to the current excess baggage fee.
Pet Policy
Before you make a booking, contact your airline if your pet is going to be traveling with you. There are many policies regarding pets, so make sure you have the right arrangements for your pet.All pets must be kept in closed carriers while inside the terminal building. This exception only applies to service dogs and other specially trained pets that assist travelers with disabilities. Pets are not permitted in the cafe area at the terminal building due to public health concerns.
