Twin Jet was first founded in May 2001. It’s first operated scheduled flight in March 2002. The company operates 250 flights a week mainly on domestic routes within France. It’s only foreign destinations are Milan, Italy, Stuttgart, Germany and Zurich, Switzerland. Its activity is complemented by business aviation and charter flights.
In early January 2017, Twin Jet merged with French competitor Hex'Air and integrated its routes and aircraft.

Baggage policy and Fees
Only one piece of luggage. Its size must not exceed 115 c, and its weight 10 kilograms. The luggage remains under the responsibility of the passenger throughout the trip.
Your luggage is transported free of charge in the hold of the aircraft, with a weight restriction specified on your ticket (20 kg).
Your baggage must be labelled. Be sure to use a suitcase ID tag to indicate your contact details including first and last name, phone number and e-mail address.
It is imperative to include your contact details inside your baggage as well.
It is preferable that your luggage is hard covered and always locked.
Pet policies
Pets, with a maximum weight of 6 Kg, are not restricted in cabin if travelling in a closed soft bag which dimensions must not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Furthermore, Pets should be able to breath normally while their head should not be exceeding the closed soft bag.
Your animal must have all required vaccines in order to be permitted on board.
All dogs and cats traveling within the European Union must be identified by an electronic chip. It should also possess a European passport. Provided and completed by an authorized veterinarian, the passport identifies your pet and certifies that it is properly vaccinated
Hard kennels and pet baskets are not allowed in the cabin.
Finally, animal transportation are not allowed in the hold.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
As per Twin Jet 24-hour Cancellation policy, passengers can cancel a flight booked on Twin Jet within 24 hours of the purchase. Twin Jet will provide a complete refund of your ticket cost in case the booking was made a week or more prior to the departure date of your Twin Jet flight.
