Web check-in aboard TruJet beings 48 hours ahead of the flight’s scheduled departure and shuts 2 hours prior to the departure time. However, passengers carrying any check-in baggage post web check-in need to report 2 hours before the flight’s departure time.
You can check-in up to 15kg of baggage whose specification doesn’t exceed 158cm. Infants don’t qualify for any free baggage allowance. A passenger can bring in a single piece of cabin baggage with weight not exceeding 7kg and dimensions not exceeding 50cm + 45cm + 20cm. For every extra kilo of excess check-in baggage you will be charged an additional INR 300.
If there is a delay of over 2 hours or the flight is preponed by more than 2 hours, you are entitled to a full refund or you can re-book on an alternative TruJet flight at no additional cost, also subject to availability. In case a TruJet flight is cancelled while the customer is already in transit, you are offered a partial refund for the part of the journey not completed. You have the choice of returning to the point of origin and receiving a refund, else you can accept a credit for any further travels with the airline.
