Frequently Asked Questions (Faqs)

Ground instruction was not taught by CFIs and had a low pay. Training was sporadic. You are expected to obey S.O.P. However, you have the right to violate it for the good of the company. Then, if you get caught, or have an accident, it is your responsibility. The training was at best discombobulated. For 24K, you would need to work 6 days a week 12 hours per day

It takes 2-3 months to complete the training, even though it should take 3 weeks. The training manager is rude and picks his favorites. They expect maximum effort and terrible pay, as someone stated. They will fire you if you don't like them. You have to accept the culture. It's not enough to work and then go home in peace. You still have obligations.

Low pay, long hours, and long days

Advice for Management

Poor benefits should be paid for with better salaries

Pay based upon the work you do. Some managers don't appreciate overtime.

Advice for Management

Many managers don't have the skills to manage their employees. They are also terrible at making employees feel valued. We work long hours, and overtime is not paid.
