On some flights, certain features of the inflight services may not be available. Flight time and destination vary and inflight service is applicable to all flights to Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and Central America. Some services are unavailable on the 737.

Economy Classes Facilities
Cabin Crew will give you a complimentary glass sparkling wine once you are seated. You can also choose from a variety of fruit juices or soft drinks.
Sunwing backpacks for children are free and can be used to entertain them on their flights.
Premium Economy Class Facilities
Premium passengers are entitled to priority boarding at the majority of airports, priority checkin at most Canadian Airports, and priority security access (at certain Canadian Airports).
You may also be eligible for priority baggage handling. This means that your luggage will be available first after the flight has landed.

Sunwing Cafe's buy-on-board menu offers light snacks and meals. Our complimentary beverage service includes water, soft drink, tea, and coffee. Sunwing backpacks with fun activities are provided for the children onboard. There are many duty-free products available, including cigarettes, perfumes, spirits, liquor, cigarettes, and gift items. You can also check out our Duty Free magazine and use our convenient pre-ordering option.

Sunwing Airlines fly to more than 70 destinations across Central America, North America, the Caribbean Region, and North America. The airline has strong presence in Mexico, Cuba and Dominican Republic. Online check-in
Passengers may check in between 12 hours and one hour before their flight departs. Online check-in allows you to choose the seat you want. If you buy your flight ticket online, you will be able to use the information in your travel Document to check in via the airline's official website.
Check-In at the Airport
Alternatively, passengers may check-in at an airport. This service will open three hours before departure and will close sixty minutes before the flight departure time.

Baggage Policy and Fees
Carry-on Baggage
Passengers may carry one (1) bag. The weight of the bag cannot exceed 5 kg and must be 23x40x51cm in dimension.
A personal item is a piece of luggage that passengers can bring onboard. This could include a handbag or purse, laptop bag, camera bag, and laptop bag.
Checked Baggage
With a Vacations package, passengers are allowed one free checked bag (exclusions U.S.). The allowance is 23kg except for Elite Plus tickets, which allow 30kg. You can buy additional bags from the airlines web site.
No baggage allowances are available on flights to and from Mexico or Central America.
Any route requires that the bag must have a combined length of 158 cm (Length + Heights + Width).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Note that if you don't submit a refund request by the deadline, your Future Travel Credit will be retained. This credit is valid for travel through September 30, 2026. Travel credits can't be refunded or transferred and they have no cash value. When you are ready for your Sunwing vacation, please call your travel agent or visit sunwing.ca.
Pet Policy
Sunwing Airline cannot accommodate Service or Emotional Support Dogs.
