Baggage policy
Sunlight Air allows you to carry a maximum of 10 kg of checked baggage, and only one piece of unchecked baggage, not exceeding 7kgs. This is subject to the terms and limitations of these Conditions and Sunlight Air's tariffs. Sunlight Air reserves the right to modify its baggage allowance.
You may also bring the following items onboard in addition to the one-piece allowance.

Mobility aids/assistive devices used by passengers with disabilities (i.e., Canes, crutches, and collapsible wheels chairs are all available to passengers with disabilities.
A service animal accompanying a person with a disability
FREE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE - CHILDREN
Baggage allowance for infants (16 days to 2 years old) will be treated as baggage of the accompanying adult. One (1) baggage allowance is granted to children at no cost, the same as full-fare adults.
EXCESSIVE BAGGAGE
Sunlight Air reserves the right to carry excess baggage beyond the allowance. This is subject to space availability, weight limit and other restrictions. Exceed baggage includes overweight and oversized baggage.
Pet policy
The aircraft cannot carry animals except for a. IATA Live Animals Regulations must be complied with in full. Additional government regulations in the states of origin, transit, and destination must also be properly packed in kennels and pet containers. If the animal is accompanying a person with disability, it is considered a Service Animal.
Refund and cancellation policy
Sunlight Air reserves the right to cancel, terminate, divert or postpone any flight or alter or omit stopping points as required by circumstances. Sunlight Air can also arrange, without notice, for another carrier or aircraft to operate a flight on our behalf. Sunlight Air will not be held responsible for such acts.
Sunlight Air is not responsible for any loss or damage, including indirect, special, consequential or consequential losses, if a flight is delayed or cancelled by Sunlight Air.
