Sun Country allows passengers to bring a personal item to the cabin free of charge. This item can measure up to 18 inches by 14 inches by 8 inches, and it should fit under the seat in front of you. Pet Policy

Sun Country Airlines charges a $110 fee per pet container on each flight (that means you will get charged $220 for round trip pet carrying). The pet carriers must meet size requirements that are the same for carry-on baggage as they must be kept in the cabin. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

According to Spirit Airlines 24 hours refund policy, the customer will receive a full amount as a refund if a Sun Country Airlines ticket is canceled within 24 hours of initial purchase and the difference between the booking date and departure is 7 days (168 hours) or more. Sun Country Airlines' 24-hour Cancellation Policy allows passengers to cancel their flight booking and receive a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of purchase and their flight departs at least after 7 days. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all fares without any exception.
