Solenta Aviation Côte d’Ivoire Policies

Baggage policy and Fees

Not hearing your flight is delayed or canceled can be as frustrating as it gets. An interrupted flight can cause havoc on your trip and ruin your plans. It is possible to be left at the airport without access to bookings you have made, such as events or concerts, and end up stranded. You may miss important business meetings or a wedding, and you might even be left stranded at the airport.

However, if your flight originated from an EU airport you are in luck. You may be eligible for Solenta Aviation Flight Compensation. Although Solenta Aviation does not operate as a European airline but its flights depart from EU airports are covered under EC 261, a law that protects travelers.

EC 261 states that if your flight is eligible, you can receive compensation up to EUR600 per passenger. This applies to delays greater than 3 hours, and cancellations less then 14 days prior to departure.

EC 261 does not only apply to Solenta Aviation compensation. The law requires that airlines provide food, drink and lodgings to their passengers while they are waiting.

Pet policy

The company has a plan for pets. You must inform the company of your pet's presence when you book. If your pet is not in a container or bag that measures 55x40x23cm (LxWxS) and has a maximum weight of 5kg, they can be accepted into cabin.

For information regarding transportation rates and conditions, please contact us immediately or your travel agency at least 48 hours prior to departure.
For information on administrative requirements (vaccinations and quarantine, etc.) please contact the embassy in the destination country. ).

Before you leave, your pet travel documents should be in order.

We recommend that you give your pet a product that is likely to prevent airsickness and any other reactions during flight. This will ensure that they are safe.

Respect all provisions governing animal protection and import/export regulations in the concerned countries.

Certain breeds of dog require special transportation conditions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

There are many things that passengers can do to avoid flight delays or cancellations.

You may be eligible to claim Solenta Aviation flight compensation for flights departing from the EU. This is due to a regulation called EC261.

This regulation covers all flights leaving from EU airports. You can claim Solenta Aviation compensation if you are delayed, cancelled, or overbooked . Although departures are covered by the regulation, this does not apply to arrivals.

If Solenta Aviation's flight arrives in the EU via an airport outside the EU, it is not covered by EC261.
