The airline was established in 2012 and has operated regular flights in the Caribbean with its propeller-driven aircraft. The airline's first flight to a non-Caribbean country was to launch flights to Colombia in the years that followed its founding. For a brief time, the airline flew to Medellin and Barranquilla, but then stopped and refocused on Caribbean destinations.
Private charter flights to Caribbean destinations are also possible.

No matter where you are departing from, check-in at the airline counters opens three hours prior to departure and closes one hour before.
Before they can check in, all passengers should have valid travel documents.

Baggage Policy And Fees
All carry-on baggage must be no more than 7kg (15lbs) or 53cmx33cmx20cm (21"x13"x8"), or a maximum of 118cm (42).
Items that are heavier or larger than the limit in weight and size will need to be checked as baggage. All items must be contained within the overhead lockers and under the seat.
All items carried onboard are subjected to security checks at the airport.
Checked baggage should not exceed 23kg (50lbs) weight or 158cm (66.2lbs) in dimension. The airline will charge extra if the item measures between 159 and 271cm (63-107") in all three dimensions.
Excess baggage can be purchased by passengers during their booking or by contacting our customer support team. The airline will not accept any checked baggage that exceeds 32kg.

Yes. We can handle pets. Only dogs and cats over 20 pounds are allowed. The cage or kennel must allow for movement and ventilation. Pets can travel in the main passenger compartment.
Transport of pets will be subject to the regulations of each port's government, embarkation or disembarkation.
Maximum 3 pets per flight are allowed. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a pet if it is not in good health or conforms with the requirements of its cage or kennel.
