Shenzhen Airlines, a Chinese airline that operates domestic and international flights, is known as Shenzhen Airlines. The airline's headquarters is in Shenzhen Guangdong, China. Shenzhen Airlines was established in November 1992. It began operations in September 1993. Shenzhen International Total Logistics and Air China are major shareholders of Shenzhen Airlines. Star Alliance is a global network of airlines that includes five airlines: Air Canada, Lufthansa Scandinavian Airlines and Lufthansa. It now has 28 members. Shenzhen Airlines Check-In And Boarding Pass
Self-service check in at the airport: The passenger can choose his/her seat from the available seats, and then print the boarding pass by entering his/her certificate number. This is used to purchase the ticket at Shenzhen Airlines' self-service check in equipment according to the computer prompts.
Online check-in: If the voyage and time of the passenger are within the requirements for Shenzhen Airlines' check-in process, the passenger can select the seat that is most convenient for him/her and then print the boarding pass. Baggage Policy And Fees
Carry-on Baggage
First class customers who fly with Shenzhen Airlines can bring two pieces of baggage, up to a maximum weight limit of 5kg. Customers flying in Business Class or Economy Class are allowed one piece of carry-on baggage, with a maximum weight limit of 5kg.
Checked Baggage
First Class passengers are allowed 40 kg of checked baggage for domestic flights. Business Class customers have 30kg and Economy Class passengers 20kg respectively. Star Alliance Gold members are entitled to 20kg extra baggage The total dimensions of the bag should not exceed 100cmx60cmx40cm (40cmx24cmx16").
International flights: First and Business Class passengers have two pieces of luggage that do not exceed 32kg. Economy class passengers can only carry one 23kg bag. The baggage must not exceed 158cm (62") in total.
Pet Policy
(I)Definition for small animals
The small animals are family-fed dogs and cats, as well as pets carried by passengers. This does not apply to wild animals or animals that are dangerously injured (e.g. snack, wolfhound).
(II) Application Time & Method
To transport small animals, passengers must visit any Shenzhen Airlines ticket office or call 95361 (service hotline for Shenzhen Airlines), to purchase a ticket and to submit an application to check-in the small animal. If the application is not approved, the ticket will not be issued. The application deadline is between 8:00 and 20:00.
(III) Quarantine Certificate
To check in any small animal, you must show an approved Animal Quarantine Conformity Certificate from Institute of Animal Health Supervision.
(IV) Charging Standard
The allowance does not include the weight of small animals, their containers, or food. Instead, the passenger must pay the freight fare for overweight baggage. (For every kilogram, 1.5% will be charged on the full economy-class price.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
Shenzhen Airlines' 24-hour cancellation policy allows passengers to cancel any Shenzhen Airlines flight within 24 hours. Shenzhen Airlines will give a full refund for tickets purchased more than a week before departure of your Shenzhen Airlines flight.
