Pets can be carried on the aircraft up to 35 lbs, including the pet carrier. Most domestic pets are transported in the rear cargo area. Pets must be in a hard-shelled carrier to ensure their safety and comfort. The maximum dimensions for a hard-shelled pet carrier or travel kennel must be adhered to. Soft-shelled kennels that collapse or are too large for the rear cargo area will not be accepted. The carrier must be well ventilated, leak-proof, and secure.

Multiple pets can be housed in the same crate as long as they meet all size and comfort requirements. Harbour Air reserves all rights to refuse transport to any animal that does not meet the above requirements.
