Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure time will result in full forfeiture.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will be considered a cancellation and can be used for a credit on the next 18-months.

Pet Policy

Pets can be carried on the aircraft up to 35 lbs, including the pet carrier. Most domestic pets are transported in the rear cargo area. Pets must be in a hard-shelled carrier to ensure their safety and comfort. The maximum dimensions for a hard-shelled pet carrier or travel kennel must be adhered to. Soft-shelled kennels that collapse or are too large for the rear cargo area will not be accepted. The carrier must be well ventilated, leak-proof, and secure.

Harbour Air reserves all rights to refuse transport to any animal that does not meet the above requirements.
