People's (formerly People's Viennaline) is an Austrian airline. It operates scheduled passenger flights between St. Gallen-Altenrhein Airport in Austria and Vienna International Airport. They also offer seasonal and charter flights to other European destinations.
The airline's inaugural flight was not operated until 2011, even though the company was founded in 2010. The airline initially offered one flight from St.Gallen Alternhein Airport (ACH). However, it didn't operate its first flight until 2011.
This airline is well-known for offering a service between St.Gallen Altenrhein Airport, ACH, and Friedrichshafen Airport, FDH. The flight took just eight minutes to travel and was the fastest international route at that time. The airline ended the service in 2017 because of the environmental impact it would have if it continued flying the route.
People's was originally known as People's Viennaline, but it changed its name in 2018 when it rebranded.

Economy Class is the only class. Each passenger will receive the exact same level of service and seats onboard the flight.
Economy Class Facilities
To avoid waiting in line at the airport, Economy Class passengers will be able check-in online for their flight. Passengers will also be able to order snacks and drinks on board and receive a copy the airline's magazine during their flight.
Economy Class Tickets
The seats are large and have enough legroom. Economy Class cabins are laid out in a 2-by-2 arrangement. This means that every passenger can be seated by either the aisle or the window.
Premium Economy
There is no Premium Economy class on the airline.
Business Class
There is no Business Class cabin on the airline.
First-Class
There is no First Class cabin on the airline.
Meal Options
Onboard the airline's flights, you can find Viennese snacks. Snacks such as croissants or muesli may be offered on morning flights. You may also find snacks such as nuts or appetisers in your evening snack.
Specific Dietary Requirements
Passengers with special dietary needs can pre-order a meal or snack. Special meals must be made known to the airline at least 48 hours prior to departure. There are three types of special meals available:

An airline provides a free drink service to its passengers. This includes alcohol beverages such as mulled wine at advent. A selection of wines is also available on board.

Online check-in is available for People's flight tickets. Online check-in opens from 23:00 to one hour before the flight departure time.
Check-in can be done at any airport check-in counter. You must check-in at the airport no later than 60 minutes before your flight departs.
Carry-on Baggage
One piece of baggage is allowed per passenger. Maximum weight is 8kg. Bags must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 23cm.
Checked Baggage
Regular fare passengers are entitled to one piece of checked baggage The bag cannot weigh more than 20 kg. Premium fare passengers are entitled to one piece of checked baggage. The bag cannot weigh more than 30kg.
Excess Baggage
If the baggage allowance on their original ticket is insufficient, passengers can buy additional baggage. Additional 20kg can be purchased by passengers. The airline does not accept baggage exceeding 32kg in weight.
Due to restrictions and local conditions, it is not possible to transport large animals in the cargo hold to certain destinations.
Since January 2020, it is prohibited to transport dogs or cats from brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds in the cargo holds.

Peoples Vienna Line can offer flight delay compensation as it is an EU-based airline. Peoples Vienna Line passengers can expect to receive up to EUR600 if the airline is deemed at fault.
As with all laws, there are exceptions. Not all delays are eligible for compensation. For example, delays less than 3 hours are not eligible. Exceptional circumstances, however, may also prevent them from qualifying.
Extraordinary situations refer to situations beyond the control of an airline, such as inclement conditions, medical emergencies and risks to safety and security.
