Pan Pacific Airlines Astro Air International, Inc., a full-service airline, is based out of the Philippines. It was originally founded under the name Astro Airlines International in 1973. However, it was renamed Spirit of Manila Airlines in 2011, and stopped commercial operations after three months.

Check In Online
The airline does not offer online check-in. All passengers must check in at the airport.
Airport Check In
Except for departures from Muan International airport, check-in closes one hour prior to the departure time. Check-in times vary by airport. Please refer to the airline website.
Before checking in, passengers must have all travel documents and any visas. The denial of boarding may be caused by insufficient travel documentation.

Baggage policy
Carry-On Baggage
Pan Pacific Airlines passengers get one piece of 7kg carry-on baggage. It must be within 56cm, 35cm, x 20cm, or a total length of 115cm. Personal items, such as a walking stick or a camera, are also allowed.
You may need to check heavier items.
Checked Baggage
The maximum weight of checked baggage is 15kg and the maximum dimensions are 158cm. This excludes flights from Clark International Airport or Incheon International Airport.
The airline will refuse to accept baggage exceeding 32kg for safety reasons. You can add excess baggage to your booking at the time of booking.
Pet policy
Travelling with pets as checked baggage PAL Airlines doesn't allow any animal to be carried in the aircraft except for service, special, or emotional support animals. Only live animals can be taken as checked baggage.
Refund and cancellation policy
If a flight delay or cancellation occurs within /Pan pacific Airlines' (and is not required to safety), and within 14 days, or less from the departure time of their original ticket, and rebooking doesn't meet a passenger’s travel needs (e.g., The passenger will be entitled to a refund on their ticket, regardless if fare was purchased. They also get $125 in compensation for their inconvenience.
