Norse Atlantic Airways AS (OSE. NORSE), a Norwegian long-haul low-cost airline based in Arendal Norway, is a Norwegian low cost, long-haul airline. The airline operates a fleet Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft from Europe to North America. It was founded in February 2021. The airline operates a fleet of a 787 aircraft between Europe and North America. Its inaugural flight was on 14 June 2022 from Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) to New York City's John F. Kennedy International Airport. It also planned to operate 12 Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, previously operated by Norwegian Air Shuttle, Flyr and its subsidiaries. On 26 March 2021, the company's shareholders completed a private placement of 1.275 billion Norwegian Kroner ($150 million U.S.). AerCap announced on 29 March 2021 that it had signed a lease agreement for nine Boeing 787s with Norse Atlantic. The company raised over 1.4 billion Norwegian crowns (about $165 million US) during its initial public offering (IPO).

Baggage Policy And Fees
Carry-On Baggage
An under-seat bag is allowed (45x36x22cm) and can be brought free of charge. Hand luggage must not exceed the airline's maximum dimensions or weight. Anything exceeding this limit will be requested to be checked baggage. The airline reserves the rights to refuse to allow any baggage to board. These items must be able to fit under the seat and in the overhead lockers.A carry-on can be purchased at an additional charge.Checked baggage should not contain prohibited items, except for dangerous goods.
Checked Baggage
Checked baggage can be added at an additional cost after or before you book your flight. You can add extra baggage at a lower cost by adding it during your booking. There are three options for baggage: light checked with 15kg, heavy checked with 32kg, and standard checked with 23kg.The airline will limit the dimensions and weight of checked baggage. Baggage should not exceed 32 kg per piece. This is due to international safety and health regulations.
Pet Policy
Accepted as Baggage: The animal and its container will not be included in the Baggage allowance. This will constitute excess Baggage and you will have to pay the appropriate rate before your animal is accepted for carriage.
Guide dogs that accompany Passengers with disabilities are free of charge and will be checked as Baggage.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
If the booking is made less than 7 days before departure, the applicable change fee will be charged. If booked within 7 days before departure, a change fee will apply. After this time, no changes can be made.
If booked less than 7 days before departure, bookings can be cancelled and refunded within 24hrs. If you book within 7 days of departure, your fare will not be refunded. All other times, fare is non-refundable
