About Mokulele Airlines
Mokulele Airlines is a commuter airline based in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. The airline flies between the Hawaiian islands, offering flights to nearly 10 destinations overall.
The airline was launched in 1994 under the name Mokulele Flight Service but has rebranded three times since then. It first rebranded as Mokulele Airlines, then it rebranded as go! Mokulele in 2009, until most recently, the airline rebranded as the 'new' Mokulele Airlines, which is what it's known as today.
In 2019, the airline was acquired by Southern Airways Express. However, it still operates as a separate airline offering flights throughout Hawaii, with the Mokulele Airlines name attached. The airline is generally regarded as one of the top choices for island hopping around Hawaii via flight.
