About Luxair
Luxair, the flag carrier Luxembourg, has its headquarters at Luxembourg-Findel International Airport. It was established in 1962. It is Luxembourg's largest airline. In 2018, the airline was home to 2.1 million passengers. The airline carried 2.1 million passengers in 2018.
Luxair offers scheduled and charter services throughout Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East. Although the airline mostly operates short haul destinations within Europe and Turkey, many routes are summer-only for holidaymakers from the region surrounding Luxembourg.

Economy Class
Economy Class is the airline’s cheapest cabin option. However, it still provides great service thanks to the multilingual cabin crew.
Economy Class Facilities
Passengers have the option to order food and drinks from the airline's on-board menu.
Although there is no entertainment system in the flight, every passenger receives a copy from the airline's magazine in-flight.
Sandwiches have been redesigned to be better quality since June 2019. Luxair Services Catering produces them using fresh ingredients.

Depending on the aircraft used, seats can be set up in either a 3x3 or 2x2 configuration.
Business Class
Business Class is the most luxurious cabin class on the airline.
Business Class Facilities
In addition to fully flexible tickets, business class passengers get priority check-in, security and boarding on selected flights departing from select airports.
The Business Class standard breakfast, lunch, or dinner is provided to passengers depending on when they board the aircraft. As part of its larger strategy to keep the airline environmentally friendly, the airline is proud to use locally-sourced produce in its meals. New menus for Business Class can be enjoyed by passengers starting June 2019. They were created by Rene Mathieu, a Michelin-starred chef.
As entertainment, passengers are provided with newspapers.
Business Class seats can be set up in either a 3x3 or 2x2 configuration depending on which aircraft is being flown.

Meals
Economy Class: Economy class passengers who depart in the morning can have a croissant. A sweet or salty snack is also available on all flights. A light sandwich will be available on longer flights.
Business Class: Business class passengers who fly in the morning can have a full breakfast. Sandwich boxes are also available on all flights. Lunch, dinner, and snacks are served on a tray for longer flights.
Drinks
All passengers have the option to enjoy non-alcoholic beverages, as well as coffee and tea. Business passengers can also enjoy a selection of alcoholic beverages on longer flights.

Online Check In
Luxair's web and mobile check-ins are available between 24h-1h before departure. You can check in online through the checkin page.
Airport Check In
Check-in opens two hours prior to departure and closes approximately 45 minutes prior for Economy Class passengers and 30 minutes prior for Business Class passengers.

Economy Class carry-On baggage allowance: 1 piece up to 8 kg size (55 x 40 x 23 cm) + 1 small personal item (handbags, laptop bags, duty-free shopping, camera bag, umbrella).
Allowance for Business Class Carry-On Baggage: 2 pieces maximum 8 kg per piece (55x40x23 cm) + 1 small personal article
Economy Class: 1 piece of checked baggage up to 23kg
Business Class: 2 pieces of checked baggage up to 32kg/piece + 1 piece of golf equipment
Pet Policies
Only cats and dogs can travel with you if they are vaccinated. Pets are not permitted on flights to the United Kingdom or Ireland. If your pet is over 8kg, it must be in the cabin or the hold. If your pet is over 8 kg, it must travel in the cabin or in the hold. Hand luggage is not permitted for pets.
