About Libyan Wings
Libyan Wings was founded in 2015. It flies small numbers of international flights out of its hub at Mitiga International Airport. With a fleet Airbus aircraft, the airline currently fly to Tunisia and Turkey.
Although the original plan was to launch the airline in 2013, the launch was delayed by the civil war in Libya. The airline eventually flew its first flight from Tripoli to Istanbul in September 2015.
