Baggage Policy
Carry-On Baggage
Passengers are given a free carry-on baggage allowance of one personal item. This must fit within the dimensions of 18" x 14" x 8" and must be stored underneath the seats on the aircraft.
Checked
There's no free checked baggage allowance included within the price of the ticket.
This means that is passengers want to carry any baggage on top of their personal item, they must pre-purchase baggage.
Cancellation Policy
Key Lime Air sells two different ticket fares that it sells, with two different cancellation policies. The two different fares are Flexible and Non-Refundable.
- The Flexible fare allows passengers to cancel their flight for a full refund, as long as it is cancelled at least 60 minutes before scheduled flight departure time.
- The non-refundable fare can be cancelled but cancellation fees apply and passengers will not receive a full or — most times — any type of refund.
