Jet Airways (India Ltd) is an Indian international airline, based in Delhi CCR. It also has a training and development centre in Mumbai. It was India's largest airline, accounting for 21.2% of India's passenger market in February 2016. It flew over 300 passengers daily to 74 destinations around the world from its original hub at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Secondary hubs were at Chennai International Airport (new primary hub), Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, New Delhi (new primary gateway), Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata. According to reports, Jet Airways, which is now supported by Kalrock Jalan consortium, will recommence operations in mid-August or september 2022. This would make it the first Indian airline to be revived.

Baggage policy and Fees

Extra baggage beyond what is allowed by the online purchase will incur an additional charge of INR 400/kg and INR 1000 for check-in baggage/items greater than 158 cms. This fee applies only to itineraries that originate or end in India.

Pet policy

Jet Airways does not allow pets to travel in its passenger cabin. Service animals are the only exception. You can either check your pet companion as baggage or have it shipped as cargo if you want to bring it along.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed according to actuals for claims less than INR 15,000 Refunds for claims exceeding INR 15,000 will only be made if the claim exceeds INR 15.,000. OR (b) Credit for future Tickets: If you have a claim above INR 15,000, credit will be given for future tickets as per the actual amount.
