Online Check In

Online check-in is possible for passengers up to 24 hours before departure. Passengers can print their boarding pass online. Check-in online closes an hour before the flight departure. 

Airport Check In

Check-in with a valid boarding card and at the gate 30 minutes prior to flight departure is required. International flights take 40 minutes.

Frontier Airlines operated Bombardier CRJ700s between 2004-2007, when Horizon operated their Bombardier CRJ700 aircraft. De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400 in Alaska Airlines' livery to reflect the retirement of Horizon Air.

Horizon Air. Horizon Air, once the eighth-largest regional airline in the US with 42 service points in the USA and Canada, was once known as Horizon Air. It was bought by Alaska Air Group on November 1986. The airline continued flying as an independent brand until 2011, when it switched to the capacity purchase agreement model.

Horizon manages and maintains its aircraft under the CPA. Alaska Airlines schedules, markets and prices all flights. The Horizon Air brand was removed as part of the transition to the new business model. All Horizon planes were repainted in a cobranded "Alaska Horizon” livery.
