The seats on board are not assigned, but guests who fly with Harbour Air's Single Otter or Twin Otter aircraft can reserve a Select Seat at check in.Available on Single Otter and Twin Otter flights Book a Select Seat for Single or Twin Otter flights to ensure that you are able to enjoy every moment of your flight.
For $10, guests can reserve a single window spot. For $15, guests travelling together can reserve a double bench seat. At check-in, Select Seating reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. Book a go GOLD ticket to receive a complimentary upgrade to Select Seats at check-in.

Online check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure and closes an hour before your scheduled departure time.

Baggage policy
The go FARE and route that you choose will determine the guaranteed luggage allowance.
Harbour Air will accept all types of luggage, including backpacks, duffel bags and full-size suitcases. Please bring your luggage to check-in. You can check your bags in or bring them along until you board the flight.
All bags, including carry-ons, will be stored in the aircraft's cargo area. Only small items, which will not fit into the seat-back pockets, may be taken into the cabin. Crew members will unload your bags at your destination and hand them to you at the dock.
Keep in mind that your luggage must be able to store all items securely. Harbour Air offers a unique environment in which luggage can be moved from dock to plane. Harbour Air recommends that you check in your luggage before checking in to ensure your personal items are secure and safe. Harbour Air is not responsible for any items that might be lost or damaged in the luggage of passengers.
Harbour Air operates a range of aircraft sizes, from the DHC-2 Beaver to the DHC-6 Twin Otter. Depending on the route you choose, the type and size of aircraft that you use will vary. Here are the dimensions of each piece of luggage that can be carried on an aircraft type. For safety reasons, individual bags cannot weigh more than 50lbs.

Harbour Air offers a limited number of pet carriers that can be rented for $35 per flight. If you wish to rent a pet carrier, please call us ahead so that we can ensure one is available at your departure point. 1.800.665.0212.
Refund and cancellation policy
All cancellations within 24 hours of departure time will result in a full forfeiture. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will result in a full forfeiture of the fare. However, a flight credit can be used within 18 months from the date of cancellation. Baggage restrictions are based on the fare booked.
