About Flynas Airline 

The first low-cost airline in Saudi Arabia is styled flynas, formerly Nas Air.

The company's headquarters are in Riyadh. Prior to 2006, when low-cost carriers Nas Air and Sama Airlines received government permits, Saudi Arabian Airlines was the sole airline operating in the nation. Nas Air was established in 2007.

Operations commenced in February of that year. Nas Air finalised an order for 20 Airbus A320 family aircraft in late 2007. In November 2013, the organisation changed its name from Nasair to Flynas. Flynas and Airbus inked a contract in January 2017 for the purchase of 80 A320neo family aircraft, with delivery beginning in 2018 and ending in 2026.

Flynas received the first Airbus A320neo family aircraft in November 2018.

National Airline Services Holding controlled 63% of Flynas as of October 2014, with Kingdom Holding owning the remaining 35%.

Destination And Hubs 

Flights to Sharm el Sheikh were initially offered on a seasonal basis when the carrier began offering services to Assiut and Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt in 2009. Adana, Antakya, and Istanbul were the first three Turkish cities to receive airline service in 2011.

 Lahore in Pakistan became the second city served in the nation that year, following Karachi. Flights from Dammam to Yanbu began in February 2013. The airline also began operating flights in that month from Dammam to Khartoum, connecting the Saudi metropolis for the first time ever with a foreign city. Flynas launched its Global Flight Routes programme in February 2014 with the intention of providing passengers with inexpensive rates for flights between Jeddah and locations in Africa, Asia, and Europe as well as transporting pilgrims to Saudi Arabia. 

The first of Flynas' three Airbus A330s, which the company will rent from Portugal's Hi Fly, entered service in March 2014. The -200 and -300 types of these aircraft would be utilised to launch long-haul services.

Baggage And Refund Policies

Any drink brought into the cabin must be in a clear, resealable plastic bag with a maximum capacity of 100ml. You may obtain a reduced cost for extra luggage. Six hours before the departure time, pay your fees. Service fees may apply when making reservations, changes, or cancellations related to purchasing and pre-paying for excess baggage through the flynas website or call centre up to four (4) hours prior to departure. 

If flynas cancels a flight, you will receive a Credit Shell in the amount you paid for excess luggage that you booked and pre-paid, free of charge. Each customer is only allowed to bring 5 litres of Zam Zam water, and there may be additional costs depending on the type of luggage allowance fare.

No refunds are available for tickets purchased and sold outside of Egypt, and the remaining balance is retained in credit for a year.
