About FlyBig
Flybig is a startup regional airline based in India, based in the central Indian city of Indore. Flybig operates scheduled flights to connect remote destinations in India, under the government’s UDAN scheme - which gives airlines incentives to connect smaller Indian cities.
The airline has a mission to create new routes, connecting towns and cities in India that are otherwise not easily accessible. Encouraged by the government’s UDAN scheme, Flybig wants to offer an alternative to other inconsistent public transport options, letting locals and tourists travel faster and easier around India.

Destinations
As of January 2021, FlyBig Airlines is operating to four destinations including to Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Indore and Raipur. These are all domestic Indian flights, but the airline will be looking to expand its network in the future when more ATR-72s are added to its fleet.

FlyBig Check-In Information
Check-In Online
Web check-in is available on the airline website. Passengers can check-in with the e-ticket details and passport/ travel document details.
Online check-in is available from any time after a ticket has been purchased to up to one hour before the established flight departure time. Once check-in is completed, passengers can obtain the boarding pass.
Passengers with reduced mobility, student fares or booked as a group more than nine passengers must check-in at the airport. Web check-in won't be available for the passengers mentioned above.
Airport Check-In
Airport check-in counters for domestic flights close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers should report to the airport check-in as soon as you arrive at the airport.
Passegers are recommended to check-in two hours before the flight.
FlyBig Baggage Allowance
Carry-On Baggage
Passengers are entitled to one piece of hand luggage as long as the baggage is within the dimensions of 50cm x 45cm x 20cm or not exceeding the total dimension of 115cm. It cannot weigh higher than 7kg.
One personal item is allowed onboard as well as the one piece of hand baggage allowance. This personal item could be a laptop, a handbag, a camera, etc. However, personal items cannot exceed the maximum weight of 3kgs.
Prohibited items including any fluid exceeding 100ml will be taken away by airport security if found.
Checked Baggage
Baggage allowance varies depending on the fare class that the passenger purchased but biglite fare hasn't got any free checked baggage allowance. Checked baggage allowance can be added online or at the airport with a fee.
Checked baggage cannot weigh heavier than 32kg or it won't be accepted by the airline due to international health and safety regulations.
