Flyadeal urges customers to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to departure while checking in.

Baggage And refund Policies 

Travel allowance

A carry-on bag Passengers travelling with flyadeal are permitted one piece of carry-on luggage that weighs no more than 7kg. The dimensions of carry-on luggage should not be larger than 55 cm by 35 cm by 25 cm. Infant passengers are also allowed to carry one personal item into their flight, provided that it can fit beneath the seat in front of them.

Verified Baggage The fly prices on flyadeal do not include the free allowance for checked luggage. On the flyadeal Manage Booking page, checked luggage can be reserved. Passengers who have paid a fly+ fee are permitted to check one bag weighing up to 25kg. To avoid paying excess baggage costs, passengers are urged to pre-pay for any additional baggage before arriving at the airport.

If a ticket cancellation request is made after the 24-hour risk-free cancellation period, a Flyadeal cancellation fee of $100 to $500 is payable. Within 14 days of your cancellation request, the travel operator must compensate you. Our fares are non-refundable in accordance with the flyadeal Conditions of Carriage, so we won't take voluntary cancellation requests into consideration.
