Pelican Airlines Pty Limited, trading under FlyPelican is an Australian regional airline. The airline began charter services in the beginning, and it then started scheduled flights on June 1, 2015! Newcastle is the home of the airline. The airline's main base is Newcastle Airport. It was started by ex-Aeropelican employees who used Aeropelican aircraft.

Flypelican Airlines Check-in and Boarding Pass

All passengers must check in at least 45 minutes before departure to ensure on-time departure. Check-ins should be completed no later than 30 minutes prior. Pelican Airlines may deny you boarding if you fail to check-in within the time limits. Check-in closes exactly thirty minutes prior to the scheduled time. Time for departure. Check-in requires photo ID and a copy your itinerary. Group reservations require that you check in at least 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage policy and fees

The following dimensions and weights must be adhered to for each piece of baggage:

An item's maximum weight must not exceed 32 kilograms. You can not exceed 32 kg for square or rectangular items.

Pet insurance

We can coordinate the transportation of live animals via our network with Dogtainers in cooperation with them. Individual animals over 30 kg cannot be transported.

Refund Policy

No matter whether your fare can be refunded, you may be eligible for a refund of fees and taxes you have already paid. A reasonable administrative fee may be deducted. No refunds will be given if the amount paid exceeds the amount of the refund.
