Eurowings, the low-cost airline of the Lufthansa Group, is part of the largest aviation group in the world. Eurowings currently has a fleet of 139 aircraft. It specializes in low-cost direct flights within Europe. This German airline offers over 100 destinations in more than 50 countries and is the third largest European point-to–point carrier. The airline flew over 40 million passengers in 2018, and the company's workforce increased to 3,500. Low-cost airline operates 13 locations in Germany and other European countries. It is also the market leader at six of its airports.

Eurowings Europe Check-in and boarding pass
The check-in desks open for medium- and short-haul flights approximately two hours prior to the departure time. It is recommended that you arrive at the check-in desk two hours prior to departure. Check-in will not be possible for passengers who have not arrived at check-in by the deadline of 40 minutes prior to departure. If you've booked a one-stop flight, we recommend you use the designated transfer desks to check in again at the airport where your connecting flight is. One-stop passengers will, as a rule, be given priority at the transfer desks and will be checked in faster.
Check-in for intercontinental flights opens approximately three hours prior to the departure time. It is recommended that you arrive at the check-in counter three hours prior to departure. Check-in is not possible for passengers who arrive at the counter after the departure time and are not present by the deadline.

Baggage policy and fees
On the "Web Check-In" page, enter your six-digit booking or etix(r), ticket number. Next, enter your surname and the surname of one passenger on your booking. These must be entered exactly as they appear in your booking reservation.

The web check-in service can be used at any time between 72 hours and 3 hours before departure. It is also available at German departure airports until 40 minutes before departure. Due to the large international airport London Heathrow's, web check in is not available until 45 minutes before departure. Web check-in in Palma de Mallorca is limited to 45 minutes before departure. Only 40 minutes before departure, web check-in in Amsterdam is possible
Luggage
You can go directly to the gate if you only have hand luggage. If you have extra luggage or special luggage you wish to check in, please go to the airport check-in counters first.
Pet policy
Animals must be kept in a sealed, waterproof, bite-proof bag that is air-permeable, but not hard-sided.
Bags must not exceed maximum dimensions of 55x40x23 cm
An animal with a bag must not exceed 8 kilograms.
The animal should be able stand upright in its bag.
An animal must be able turn and lie down naturally.
One animal per person and one bag are allowed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer three options in the event of flight cancellations:
