Eagle Air is a Ugandan airline with its headquarters in Kampala. It offers charter flights and regional scheduled services across East and Central Africa. Entebbe International Airport is its main base, but it also has a second hub at Arua Airport in the Northern Region.

We are Uganda's longest-serving and most trusted air operator for regional and domestic flights. We are a specialist in providing exclusive charter and schedule services in Uganda, East Africa, and Central Africa.

Eagle Air's success story began in 1994 with a single leased aircraft, and then a twin-engine engine that served the western region on an ongoing basis. The airline now has five twin-engine aircraft and one engine that serves a large market in the region.

Eagle Air invested in a multi-billion hangar project to improve safety standards. It will house all security checks related to aircraft maintenance. All aircraft will be accommodated in the hangar, thereby enhancing local maintenance skills.

The facility offers executive offices space covering 856 square meters. These spaces are partitioned to provide flexibility to meet clients' needs such as Affiliated AMOs. All areas are air-conditioned, and the corridors are closely monitored by CCTV cameras to ensure security. Parking is available at no cost and the facility has easy access.

Standard containers measuring 20 feet by 40 feet can be used to store cargo or spare parts.

Eagle Air offers chartered and scheduled flights to certain destinations in the country and to some regional destinations. This includes air safaris to Ugandan National Parks. It also offers chartered flights within East and Central Africa Region.

Eagle Air Online Check In is available for domestic and international flights. You can complete check-in using any one of the following options.

* Mobile Check-in (App Check In)
* Check online
* Airport Check-in

To check in to Eagle Air Web, please click the "Check In Now" button below. You will be taken to the check-in page. Mobile Check-in is possible using the Eagle Air app. This Check-in can be completed at the airport. Online Check-in saves you time and reduces the wait at the counter.

Online Check-in at Eagle Air opens 24 hours in advance and closes two hours prior to scheduled flight departure. For a small fee, you can also choose your preferred seat. Print your confirmation slip (Boarding pass) by clicking the print button (OR). The e-Boarding pass and payment receipt will be sent directly to your email address.

All flights require passengers to check-in at least one hour before departure.

Pet policies

Eagle Air is an airline that is based in Kampala (Uganda). They do not allow pets on any of their flights.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than four days prior to departure day will be charged 25% of the ticket price

Cancellations made within three days of departure are eligible for 50% off

If cancelled within two days of departure, 75% of the ticket price will be refunded.

Cancellation made less than a day prior to departure is not eligible for a refund.

Eagle Air will refund eligible tickets within 30 calendar days of credit/debit card purchase, but please be aware that this does not apply to flights.
Do not include bank processing times. All requests are subjected to fees and penalties, as well as handling fees for refunds.
