Dana Air's Economy Class is simple and comfortable. Economy class passengers will be provided with everything they need, including a generous baggage allowance as well as food and drinks served onboard.
Business Class
Business Class passengers will have a better experience flying, as they can check more baggage (up to 30kg) and enjoy premium service. Business passengers will have less worry as they can carry more baggage and not be charged extra for overweight baggage. Once onboard, passengers are offered food and drinks.

Baggage Policy And Fees
Carry-on Baggage
Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of baggage. The baggage cannot exceed 6 kg and must be within 45cm x 33cm 20cm (11.1" x 12.9” x 7.8") dimensions.
Checked Baggage
Dana Air offers all passengers free checked baggage.
Baggage for Economy Class passengers must not exceed 23kg
Baggage for Business Class passengers must not exceed 30kg
A single piece of luggage cannot exceed 32kg.
Excess Baggage
Excess baggage can be purchased by passengers for N500 NGN.
Pet Policy
Acceptance of pets is only granted to animals that are in good health and able to travel. Pets must be at least 8 weeks of age before they are accepted.
Refund And Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will not be granted unless absolutely necessary.
- Passenger will be rescheduled for the next flight if there is a delay.
- If the airline cancels a flight, the ticket is still valid and can be rescheduled for no charge on a future flight during the validity of the ticket.
- Voluntary refunds are possible after payment of cancellation fees of 25% and 100%, depending on the case.
- All refunds are to be requested for by sending a mail to contact@flydanaair.comor by completing a refund form at the airport or online at flydanaair.com/refunds
- The refund process is as follows:
- a) The passenger must approach the ticket counter or call center to provide account details and any documents.
- h) Third parties: Proof of ticket payment, passenger's photo ID with signature, letter confirming authorization signed by the passenger, and third party ID card are required.
