About Caribbean Airlines

Caribbean Airlines is Trinidad and Tobago's state-owned airline. The airline operates a vast route network, flying over 600 weekly flights to more destinations in the Caribbean and North America. The hub at Piarco International Airport, Trinidad and Tobago is not the only one. Norman Manley International Airport is another hub for the Caribbean carrier. The airline is currently the largest in the Caribbean.

In 2007, the airline began flying, with the inaugural flight being on the first day. It soon launched the remainder of its flight schedule with 128 weekly departures from 10 destinations and five Boeing 737-880 aircraft. It opened a new ticket and sales office of 2,000 feet at Nicholas Tower in Independence Square, Port-of-Spain. This facility features state-of-the-art technology like internet kiosks that allow ticket booking and check-in online.

Economy Class

The excellent onboard atmosphere extends to Economy Class. The flight attendants will give you a warm welcome and offer genuine hospitality. This is part of the Caribbean Airlines experience.

The Economy Class cabin can be set up in either a 2x2, 3x3 or 2x3x2 configuration.

Premium Economy

Caribbean Plus is the equivalent to Premium Economy. It offers passengers a bit more comfort than economy. Passengers get earlier boarding, more legroom, more room to recline, and faster exit at their destination.

Business Class

Business Class offers extra comfort and relaxation. Business Class passengers have access to a Business class lounge that offers privacy and comfort. Business Class passengers also get priority booking, check-in, baggage retrieval, and a special Business Class dinner.

Business Class seats are laid out in a 2x2 for 2x2 x 2x2 x 2, which gives you maximum comfort and space for a relaxed flight.

Check In Online

You can check-in online by visiting our online checking-in page, and clicking the Caribbean Airlines logo. After being redirected to your airline's check-in page click on the check in tab and enter the flight details. Online check-in can be done between 24 and 3 hours before departure.

Airport Check In

Alternativly, passengers can also check-in at the Caribbean Airlines check in counters. The check-in counters close an hour prior to the scheduled flight departure. To ensure security, check-in and baggage drop, please arrive on time.

Bagagge Policy

Per passenger, one piece of carry-on luggage is permitted The baggage must not exceed 10kg in weight and be no larger than 114cm in overall size. Caribbean Airlines passengers are permitted to carry a small bag such as a briefcase, backpack, handbag or laptop. Additional small bags cannot exceed 91cm in size.

The fare chosen will determine the allowance for checked baggage.One piece of checked baggage cannot weigh more than 23kg, or exceed 157cm in length.
