You'll enjoy a great flying experience if you are able to navigate the 'not so-favourite' Frontier Airlines cancellation and baggage policies. Frontier Airlines will save you a lot of money and time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a flight, however, don't expect top-notch customer service. Many Frontier Airlines passengers have complained about poor customer service when trying to cancel, refund, or adjust their flights.
