GREER, S.C. (Sept. 8, 2018) --Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) welcomed its sixth airline today when Frontier Airlines began nonstop service to Denver (DEN), Orlando, Fla. (MCO) and Las Vegas (LAS). The airline will add nonstop service to Tampa (Fla.) on Nov. 16 and double its weekly flights from Orlando.

Frontier is the only airline that offers nonstop service on these routes from GSP.

Dave Edwards, GSP CEO, stated that "We are happy to welcome a low-cost airline and service four destinations, including our initial nonstop service from Denver." "This is another great opportunity to people traveling to the Upstate. It's possible only because of the support from the community."

Frontier's nonstop service from Denver, Orlando, and Las Vegas will be available on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Tampa service will be available on Fridays and Mondays. Tickets can be bought at FlyFrontier.com.

GSP announced nonstop flights to five new cities in 2018. GSP has also increased service to five other cities by airlines. Frontier's service increases the number of destinations that are nonstop from GSP by 19.
