Flagship Business offers many of same perks and privileges as Flagship First. These include priority privileges, lounge access at the airport and spacious lie-flat seats. Elevated dining is also available and some of the amenity kits.

First class: is the highest standard of service for flights in the United States. Passengers can expect priority privileges at airports. They will enjoy premium dining and more space than ordinary economy seats during the flight. Flagship and first-class customers will board the plane in Group 1. Many websites customer reviews about first-class show a wide variety of experiences. While some customers love the larger seats, others are critical of the lack of decent food or snacks, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
