Business Class Facilities

Blue Ribbon Club members can enjoy a Blue Ribbon Club lounge before they board. Passengers have the opportunity to get complimentary snacks and refreshments. They can also surf the Internet, completely free, from one their computer terminals.

Business Class passengers receive priority check-in/boarding, and an additional 10kg (22 lb) baggage allowance.

Blue Ribbon Club customers have access the airline's inflight entertainment system. Blue Ribbon Club members can also delight their palates with the Blue Ribbon Club Menu, which features savoury and Western options. Champagne and wine are also complimentary.

Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK), one of Bangkok's international airports, is also the hub airport for Bangkok Airways. The airport is equipped with two runways and can carry more than 60,000,000 passengers. The airport opened in September 2006. It is currently one of the top 15 busiest airports worldwide and among the top 10 busiest Asian airports.

Suvarnabhumi Airport serves as the main hub for Thai Airways International. Orient Thai Airlines and Jet Asia Airways are also present. Thai Smile and Thai Vietjet Air also operate from this airport. Other airlines that fly from this airport include El Al, Japan Airlines, Japan Airlines, Bhutan Airlines and Royal Jordanian.

Passengers can check in online by visiting the Bangkok Airways web page and clicking. Click on the "check-in" tab. Online check-in opens 24 hrs before your flight and closes 1 hour before departure

Airport Check-In

Bangkok Airways allows passengers to self-service check-in at kiosks. This saves time. It saves time at the airport. Alternativly, passengers can also check in at the airline checkin desks

International flights depart two hours early, domestic flights depart 90 minutes earlier.

Carry-on Baggage

All passengers get a 5kg free carry-on bag allowance. This luggage must be within 50 cm x 35 cm x23 cm (19.6” x 14.1” x 9”).

Checked Baggage

Economy Class Passengers get a free 20 kg (44lbs) checked baggage allowance for adults, and 10 kg (22.2 lbs) for children.

Blue Ribbon Class passengers get a free 40kg (88 lbs.) baggage allowance for adults and 10kg (22 lbs.) for children.
