Aviair Airline Check in and Boarding Pass
Each passenger should have a copy of their reservation confirmation, either printed or electronically. Your contact number, name, and address should be printed on the baggage. Check that your carry-on and checked baggage meet Aviair's baggage dimensions and weight restrictions. Make sure you know the airport layout and location so that your flight leaves on time. Also, make sure to arrive at the airport in time to complete any check-in requirements. Check-in closes at least 30 minutes prior to flight departure. Aviair flights may require photo ID. Sign a declaration of dangerous goods.

Baggage policy and fees
Aviair passengers are permitted to check 15kg of baggage. This is except for Derby to Broome flights, where there is a maximum of 23kg. Aviair must be informed of the 15kg limit at time of booking. Checked baggage is subject to size restrictions. Items below the baggage weight limit may be subject to size restrictions. Extra baggage exceeding the baggage weight limit cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges of up to $4.00 per kilogram may apply. Aviair reserves the right to carry excess baggage. The maximum weight of a single piece of baggage is 25kg. You should not check fragile or perishable items, or valuables.
Pet insurance
Pets are considered extra baggage and are transported in separate bags, except when necessary for medical reasons.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of flight departure time are not refundable. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 day before flight departure will result in 20% surcharge. Rates can be transferred up to 24 hours prior to departure
