About Alliance Airlines
Alliance Airlines Pty Limited is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia with operating bases in Adelaide, Cairns, Melbourne, Perth, Townsville, Darwin and Rockhampton. Alliance Airlines owns and operates a fleet of Fokker and Embraer aircraft, including Fokker 50 turboprops and Fokker 70, Fokker 100 and Embraer 190 jets. Alliance operates fly-in-fly out (FIFO) charter services to the Australian mining industry and extractive industries and private jet charters throughout Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and South East Asia. Alliance also offers worldwide sales and leasing of aircraft components.

Our highly reliable Fokker aircraft are supported by a permanently based flight crew, engineers, parts and tooling ensuring our fleet maintains an excellent record. Food and beverages are served on all Alliance Airlines flights. Depending on the flight and fare booked, food and drinks are either free or can be purchased. Passengers can expect a variety of snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Alliance Airlines Check-in and Boarding Pass
For all Alliance Airlines flights, check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure. Photo ID such as a valid driver's license, ID card or passport is required upon check-in. Age does not require a photo ID. Children 3 years and older must provide ID such as a birth certificate, passport, student ID, or Medicare card. Passengers who fail to present a valid ID may be denied boarding.
Alliance Airline Policies
Baggage Policy and Fees
Excess baggage is carried subject to space availability and cannot be carried on the same service as the passenger. Baggage fees are charged for each additional piece of baggage per one-way flight. The fee is USD 35 per additional bag up to 20 kg, subject to space availability. Excess baggage will only be carried to the airport specified on the Alliance Airlines baggage tag. The passenger is responsible for excess baggage collection and/or other related delivery costs if the excess baggage did not fly on the same service as the passenger.
Pet Policy
Dogs receiving service dog training may, at the discretion of Alliance Airlines, travel in the aircraft cabin if trained by a training organization or trainer who is a full member of ADI or licensed under Queensland law where the dog has a standard has reached, which is suitable for travel on public transport, including in the cabin of an airplane, and the flight is operated as part of the final training of the dog or for confinement purposes.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refundable up to 24 hours before departure. A fee applies. Loss due to cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of departure. Cancellation / no-show on the day of departure: the ticket will be lost.
