This will ensure that you have a smooth experience. There won't be any waiting, so don't be alarmed.

Travelers on international flight to or fro the USA must submit a clear picture of their passport no later than 12 hours before departure. This will allow for you to check-in 30 minutes before your flight.

After booking a flight to Los Cabos, guests receive an email from Passports@aero.com. Please make sure you check your spam folder.

AeroJet Policies

Baggage policy and Fees

Each guest can bring the following items at no extra cost:

Two (2) pieces of checked luggage that weigh up to 50lb/23kg each

A small personal item must be placed under your seat. It should not exceed 20lb (9kg) and it should not measure more than 13x13x10in (33x33x25cm). Our jets don't have overhead bins. Personal items on the ERJ135, must be placed underneath the seats. On the Legacy 600s, attendants will store your item during takeoff and landing and return it during flight.

You can check additional bags $150 each, if space is available. Before you arrive at the airport, we will ask that you prepay with our Concierge.

Pet policy

All Aerojets flying in the U.S. are open to well-behaved pets. Our Concierge team can book medium and large pets.

A $300 pet travel fee applies to small cats and dogs under 20 lbs. Medium or large pets over 20lb are eligible for a $300 pet travel fee. You will need to purchase an additional seat at full price. Contact our Concierge team for more information. Large pets are allowed to fly at their own weight, but they must be able to stay in the same seat throughout the flight.

A small pet that weighs less than 20lbs (including the carrier) can fit comfortably under the seat in front. They must also remain in an approved carrier during the flight. The dimensions of the carrier must be less than 20 inches by 12 inches by 9 inches (L x WxH x H) and less than 20 pounds total, including the animal. The passenger is responsible for providing a pet carrier. This carrier will be counted as part of the carry-on bag. Pet carriers can be attached to plane seats on the Legacy600. Pet carriers cannot be carried on the ERJ-135, unless a pet seat has been purchased. We are unable to transport pets in cargo. Animals other than cats and dogs cannot travel with us. Pets must not be able to relieve themselves during the flight and must be at least four months old.

One pet per guest is allowed onboard (maximum 2 per household). We limit the number of pets to two per flight. Pets are booked on a first come, first served basis until there is a limit. If the maximum pet capacity is reached, the Concierge will inform you via the website and during the booking process. Without the assistance of a companion, a passenger cannot bring a pet or an infant aboard.
