Air Panama Classes
Economy class: Air Panama offers only economy class. They offer three types of economy classes: Econo and Econo Plus.
Econo is not refundable or transferable. There are no discounts for children, infants or pensionado. Econo's maximum stay is 30 days. Econo plus offers a credit or a refund for future travel. Maximum stay is 45 days. However, there are other discounts. Air Panama Premium ticket includes a stay for 330 days. They also offer discounts for infants, children, and pensionado.

The airline offers scheduled regional flights to 31 destinations in Panama, one in Costa Rica and three in Colombia. They also offer additional destinations on a chartered-on-demand basis for seasonal summer travel. They have domestic flights of small size that can carry around 20 passengers. Air Panama regularly flies to Colombia and Costa Rica.
Albrook "Marcos A. Gelabert" International Airport is the Air Panama hub airport. The airline only operates flights to and from the hub airport. The airport only has one terminal building and 230m of runway.

Baggage Policy & Fees
Air Panama passengers can bring one piece of cabin baggage and one personal item onboard, including a briefcase or camera bag. You can fit your carry-on luggage under the seat or into the overhead bins of Air Panama.
The combined dimensions of carry-on baggage must not exceed 114 cm in width, length, and height. This includes wheels and handles.
Pet policy
Pets such as cats, dogs and birds of the household (birds are not allowed on domestic flights) may be brought onboard for $125 each way. Travel outside of the United States is subject to a $200 fee.
Pets must be placed in a carrier box which fits under the front seat. Air Panama counts the carrier as one piece of carry-on luggage.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
Air Panama's 24-hour cancellation policy allows passengers to cancel any flight they have booked within 24 hours. Air Panama will refund your entire ticket cost if the booking was made more than a week before the flight departure. Air Panama reserves the right to cancel any Air Panama flight within 24 hours.
