Economy Class
Food: All flights have food and beverage. A snack and a drink are provided on domestic flights. A meal is served on all international flights. All international flights offer a Duty-Free Shop in the cockpit.
Entertainment: Enjoy entertainment on select international flights. Many domestic flights have movies and music. Air Niugini offers a magazine called "Paradise magazine" that is free on all domestic flights. This magazine is published every two months and contains a variety of information about Papua New Guinea, stories, flight details, and route maps.You will find comfortable seating in a modern, bright and clean cabin.
Business Class
Business class passengers have more comfort. Air Niugini provides extra baggage allowance for passengers, lounge services to allow travellers to relax before they board, priority check-in, and boarding.
Food: Business class passengers who fly in business class get the best in-flight food.
Entertainment: Air Niugini's entertainment system will keep you entertained throughout your flight. You can also stay connected to family and friends via Wi-Fi.

In-Flight Entertainment
Air Niugini provides entertainment on select international routes, including flights from Cairns and Honiara to Nadi to Nadi to Cairns. However, passengers flying to Brisbane, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney to Singapore, Manila, Hong Kong and Tokyo can enjoy movies and a variety of music. Domestic flights are not often provided with entertainment. To keep passengers entertained, there is an inflight magazine as well as duty-free shopping.
Inflight Meals
All domestic passengers will be provided with a snack and a drink on all domestic flights. All international flights include a meal.
Special Meals
Air Niugini provides a variety of special meal for passengers to satisfy their dietary, religious, and medical needs.
These special meal requests can only be made on International flights. Domestic flights do not offer them. Passengers can bring their own snacks.
Special meals must be requested 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure. You can do this by either selecting the meal you prefer from the drop-down menu during the Alternative Airlines booking process or by contacting the customer service team.

Air Niugini Check-In And Boarding Pass
Online Check In
You can check in online through the Air Niugini webpage. Online check-in can be done from up to three hours before your flight departure time.
Airport Check In
International flight passengers should check in at least 3 hours prior to departure.
Domestic flights: Passengers must check in at least 2 hours prior to their flight departure.

Baggage Policy And Fees
For Economy and Business class, the following baggage allowances are available for carry-on luggage:
Business Class - Two cabin bags no more than 14kgs (30lbs). The total dimensions of the three pieces should not exceed 50 x 30x 20 cm = 100cm (40inches).
Economy Class: 1 cabin bag not exceeding 7kgs (15lbs). Maximum dimensions must not exceed 50x30x20 cm = 100cm (40inches).
The route and the ticket fare will determine how much checked baggage is allowed.
Economy passengers have the right to 16kg for domestic flights, 25kg for routes to/from PNG,TYO and 30kg for all international routes - with the exception of routes to/from North America where 23kg per piece (maximum 2 pieces)
Business passengers have the right to 20kg for domestic flights and 40kg for international flights. This is except for North America where 2 pieces of 32kg each are permitted.
