Neos Baggage Allowance
The company's website provides information about what passengers are allowed to carry, what is considered special baggage, cargo rules, and the excess baggage fee. The general rule for One Neos passengers is that they cannot carry luggage in their hold that weighs more than 32kg. The carry-on baggage allowance allows passengers to bring up to 5kgs of luggage. Baggage Policy
Only NEOS flights are eligible for the baggage allowance of 2 pieces of 23 KG each. These surcharges are payable at the departure airport, not at the travel agency. Any hold baggage must not exceed 32 kilos in weight to ensure safety for airport staff.
Pet Policy
Pet transport is permitted in the cabin or hold of an aircraft depending on the pet's weight and dimensions. The pet's total weight, including the cage, is not more than 10 kg. Small size cats and dogs are allowed to travel in the cabin. However, pets weighing more than 10 kg (inclusive of the cage) are not permitted. The following conditions apply to both:

The transport cage must be sturdy, have a waterproof bottom and adequate dimensions to ensure comfort for the pet.
It is mandatory to present the pet's medical card at check-in. The passenger must also gather information about any veterinary certificates or vaccinations required at destination. Further, all pets, including ferrets, must have a health passport to allow them to travel within the EU. This document must include the pet's registration details, a photograph, and information about the anti-rabies vaccination requirements.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Neos has a 24-hour cancellation policy that allows passengers to cancel any flight they have booked through the site within 24 hours. Neos will refund your entire ticket cost if you book a Neos flight less than a week before departure.
