Aero, an American leisure airline, was founded in 2019. Aero is an American leisure airline that primarily caters to wealthy and premium travelers who desire a private flight experience with a low price. After great success, the airline launched its services in Europe in 2020. It has now expanded to the USA. One of the founders of Uber, the ride-hailing app, founded the airline. Aero has a fleet Embraer ERJ-135LR aircraft and Legacy 600 aircraft.

Aero Corporate Classes

Aero is an all-business airline. This means that passengers will enjoy a luxurious travel experience. Aero's flights do not depart from commercial terminal buildings. Instead, they depart from private aviation terminals or airports. This makes the experience even more luxurious. The staff at the airline will meet you upon arrival and check your bags. They then take you to the lounge, where you can unwind before you depart. The friendly crew will assist you in getting on the plane, and they will also give you a drink. Relax and enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks all throughout the flight. Each seat is equipped with a window or aisle, and is upholstered in luxurious leather to make you feel even more comfortable. It doesn't end when the plane lands. The concierge service will provide a car and staff will transfer your baggage from the plane without you having to lift a finger.

Because of the short flight times and limited space, wifi and entertainment facilities are not available onboard.

Food & Drink

Aero offers complimentary food and beverages at both their airport lounges as well as onboard their aircraft. This includes alcohol beverages. The airline has partnerships with 1 alcohol purveyor and 2 restaurant/hospitality suppliers.

Aero currently operates in 6 countries across North America as well as Europe. You should be aware that services to Europe do not connect to other European destinations, and services to North America only to other North American destinations.

Aero Corporate Check-in and boarding pass

Online Check In

Aero does not offer online check in. The airline says that it is not possible. However, Aero allows passengers to check in at the airport upon arrival. It is easy and quick.

Airport Check In

According to the airline, all passengers must arrive at the airport no later than 40 minutes before the flight's scheduled departure. International flights have a longer wait time of 60 minutes. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in denial of boarding.

Baggage policy and Fees

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of cabin baggage. This item must be personal and fit under your seat. Because the aircraft is small business jets, it is not possible to carry larger cabin baggage. The baggage should not weigh more than 20 lbs (9 kg) and must be 13x13x10in (333x33x25 cm).

Checked Baggage

You can also bring one item of checked baggage along with your complimentary cabin baggage. Aero provides a generous 23kg (50lb) weight allowance. Additional luggage can be purchased at USD 150 depending on how much space is available.

Pet policy

A $300 pet travel fee applies to small cats and dogs under 20 lbs. Medium or large pets over 20lb are eligible for a $300 pet travel fee. You will need to purchase an additional seat at full price. Contact our Concierge team for more information. Large pets are allowed to fly at their own weight, but they must be able to stay in the same seat throughout the flight.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Changes Up to 7 Days Before Your Departure

Cancellations and changes can be made at no cost. You will only be charged for the difference between the new booking and the original one, if any. Cancellations can be made in the original payment method or as credit for future travel.

Cancellations and changes less than 7 days or more than 48 hours prior to departure

Cancel or change your trip at no cost. You will only be charged for the difference between the new booking and the original. Cancellations can be used to credit your Aero Wallet account for future bookings.

Cancellations and changes less than 48 hours prior to departure

Cancellations and changes made less than 48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a $300 per-seat fee, plus any difference between the original and new booking. For future bookings, the balance will be retained as credit in Aero Wallet.

Roundtrip reservations will have the cancellation or change policy based on departure date. If your cancellation request is made within four days of departure, Aero credits will be used to refunded the entire reservation, including the return flight.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation and the date or routing has been changed already, the credit will remain in Aero Wallet for 18 month to be used for future flights.


When should I arrive at my destination for my flight?

Domestic flights require that all guests arrive at least 20 mins before departure to ensure enough time for all guests to check in and get their bags checked in. To ensure smooth boarding, you can arrive earlier if you need additional assistance. You won't have to wait in lines.

To travel on international flights from or to the US, guests must send a clear photograph of their passport at least 12 hours before departure. This will enable you to check in within 30 minutesbefore your flight.

What happens if I'm running late?

If you are not arriving before the check-in closing time, please contact our Concierge at (415-650-2376. Our Concierge can communicate your ETA to the crews so that we can assist you.

Aero reserves the right not to board guests arriving after check-in closes. For missed flights, there will be no refunds or compensation.

International flights require that you check in at least 60 minutes before departure.

Is it possible to park at the airport?

We recommend that you arrange a private transfer through our Concierge to ensure the smoothest experience.

Can I book if my child is under 18 years old? requires that you are at least 18 years old at the time you book a seat.
